Operator Information
Instant Offices aim to give business centre owners not only increased enquiry levels, but the information and support of working with one of the largest serviced office brokers in the world.
This page aims to give serviced office operators a detailed breakdown of how to increase enquiries for their existing centres, including how to add new centres to the Instant Offices website. Login
When registering your serviced office with Instant Offices, an account will be created in the Operator Admin area, so you have the autonomy to manage your centres on the Instant Offices website without having to constantly contact us. Simply go to the Operators section (bottom right link of each page) and login using your unique username and password.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please email nt@instant-offices.com with your centre information and address and your username and password will be sent to your email address.
Maintenance, Marketing and Agreements
Once you are logged in to the Operator area, you can access and edit information regarding your centres listed on the Instant Offices website. You can add centres if you have acquired or opened a new serviced office, or delete properties if you have achieved full occupancy or the property is no longer available.

Adding and Editing Properties
Centre Information
You can add centres or amend existing detials by simply filling in some basic details about your serviced offices. Asterisked items * are necessary for the centre to be added onto the website correctly, including the FULL address and email and telephone in case we need to contact you.
The Centre Description and Location Description are two key fields where you can sell your serviced office to people searching the website. Highlighting features such as facilities/services and nearby location links can increase the likelihood of users searching and looking at your centre.
Photos and Virtual Tours
Photos are a great way of creating a good first impression of the serviced office space; these can include photos of the exterior, offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms - more or less anything to do with your serviced offices! Simply email your photos to nt@instant-offices.com along with your centre ID if known, otherwise please include the name and full address of the serviced office. To create a more realistic representation of the office space, you may wish to consider Virtual Tours.
Referral Feedback
Instant Offices provide accurate up-to-date information on enquiries for your centre(s). This information can be accessed through the "Maintenance" section once you are logged in, and clicking on "Referral Feedback".
This report contains the date and status of enquiries, contact information and enquiry IDs if you wish to discuss particular enquiries with Instant Offices. You can then download this information into an Excel Spreadsheet if you wish to sort/filter this information to analyse your enquiries in further detail.
