Instant Offices relocate to Paddington

Due to continued success in all areas of the organisation, Instant Offices will be moving to a new serviced office in Paddington, London in July. The new office will see greater office space for all departments, many of which have seen recent additions to their teams, or will add new members to their team shortly. A new suite of meeting rooms will be available to host client meetings and internal training sessions, as well as break out areas for lunch and relaxation. The move to Paddington will also allow everyone to work on the same floor in an open plan office, allowing easier co-ordination and communication between teams.

The office move will see Instant Offices move away from their office in Knightsbridge, but still remain a presence in Central London. Paddington remains one of the busiest locations in London with good transport links and facilities, yet the office location offers views of the nearby canal.

The move will require a redesign of the office, ensuring the workplace is a comfortable and effective working environment, but also allowing some flair and creativity in interior designing. Ideas have ranged from a wall of paintings of inspirational people to table-football!

The new offices will also give an opportunity for the company to "Go Green". More recycling, reduced stationery orders and cycle hire and are just some of the initiatives that will help Instant Offices make a significant impact in environmental causes. Managing Director Robert Hamilton is hoping that green initiatives will also have other benefits: "One of our targets is to create a paperless office. Not only will we help the environment, but hopefully this will also increase our efficiency."
