London Property Triathlon Results
Well done to all those who completed the London Property Triathlon on Saturday 4 August and helped to raise so much money for charity. Instant Offices has so far helped to raise £12,500 for Great Causes, who help restore the eyesight of thousands of people suffering from cataracts worldwide.
Instant Offices Sprint Results
Congratulations go to all the individuals who competed in the Sprint for Instant Offices in hot dry conditions. Paul Wright was the quickest individual from Instant Offices, completing the triathlon in exactly 1 hour and 32 minutes. Dillon Rudd was the fastest in the 750m swim, recording an impressive time of 14:51. Paul Wright completed the 20km cycle the quickest in a time of 44 minutes and 14 seconds and was also quickest in the run with a time of 23 minutes and 31 seconds for the 5km run.

Team Results
The triathlon also hosted a team event with team members completing a discipline each: a 1500m swim, 40km cycle ride and 10km run. Team Upbeat, consisting of Cheryl Wood, Sarah Goodhew and Elaine Cochrane, finished first with a time of 3:04:06. Special mentions go to Lance Wood and Henry Jewell who finished their individual swim and run disciplines the fastest. Lance completed the swim in a time of 36:23 and Henry ran 10km in a time of 46:43, averaging about seven and a half minutes per mile. Sarah Goodhew was the fastest cyclist, completing the 40 kilometres in a time of just over two hours.
The Winner From Instant Offices
Paul Wright was the quickest from Instant Offices to finish the individual sprint, completing the triathlon in a time of just over an hour and half: "It was fantastic to take part in this years London triathlon - it was a great event, well organised and despite battling the scorching heat everyone competed well and survived! Great Causes is a charity with real impact that I can personally relate to after time spent working in Africa; it is a very worthy cause and I am delighted that £12,500 has been raised."
