Instant Offices Managed is pleased to announce it has been shortlisted for two prestigious industry awards to be announced tonight at the CoreNet Global UK awards annual dinner.
The company is a finalist for its work conducted with the Metropolitan Police (MET Police) and The Telegraph Group in the Corporate Real Estate Partner of the Year category. This deal facilitated the occupancy of over 17,000sqft, on the 4th floor of The Telegraph Group's new headquarters at Victoria Central by the MET Police for a new training facility. In addition, Instant Offices Managed has also been shortlisted for 'Innovation in Real Estate' for successfully delivering a new idea in a corporate real estate.
Seb Royle, Director, Instant Offices Managed said: "We are really excited about being finalists in two key award categories as both are a real tribute to the team behind Instant Offices Managed and our partners including the Metropolitan Police and The Telegraph Group. This demonstrates what can be achieved when occupiers and landlords consider the commercial advantages to be gained from applying flexible working practises to finding office accommodation."
Instant Offices Group has also achieved 'Star Status' within the 2007 Best Companies Accreditation Standard. Since September 2006 over 100,000 employees from 434 organisations have been surveyed about their workplace with only 273 companies achieving 'Star Status'.
Robert Hamilton, Founder and Managing Director, Instant Offices Group comments: "We are really proud to achieve 'Star Status' accreditation from Best Companies. This confirms our commitment to creating a fun working environment with a clear career path which is openly communicated to all staff. We will use the results from this year's staff survey to ensure that we are even better next year."
