Instant Offices Celebrates Its Eighth Birthday!
Earlier this year in May, Instant Offices celebrated its eighth birthday with an office party in London. The company has seen rapid and significant changes since its formation in 1999 by Managing Director Robert Hamilton, who at the age of 24 started a business aimed at meeting the needs of individuals and businesses who needed office space on a short-medium term, something that was not being sufficiently met elsewhere.
From solely focusing in the UK, Instant Offices now caters for customers all around the world, including USA, Australia, France, Germany, Japan and China. During this time, clients have included Vodafone, PWC, Deutsche Bank, BP, BT and BBC. Instant Offices has also seen the inception of two divisions - Instant Fusion and Instant Offices Managed. Instant Fusion provides online marketing solutions, including virtual tours for the Instant Offices website and private clients, e-brochures and web design. Instant Offices Managed was formed in 2003 to bridge the gap between serviced offices and conventional offices. Although in its relative infancy, Instant Offices Managed has brokered deals for clients such as the Metropolitan Police, Transport for London and Morgan Stanley.
Significant landmarks have been the creation of offices in Australia and the USA, allowing consultants to work closely to their local markets. Most recently, Instant Offices has formed a partnership with easyGroup, fronted by Stelios Haji-Ioannou of Easyjet fame. Although not till next year, there are likely to be more developments when Instant Offices celebrates its ninth birthday next May!
