Instant Offices Achieves 2 Star Accreditation by Best Companies, 2008

Instant Offices Group has been awarded 2 Star Accreditation by Best Companies, a year after attaining 1 Star Accreditation in February 2007. According to Best Companies, companies with a 1 star rating are considered "First Class", whereas companies with 2 stars can be classed as "Outstanding". In 2008, applications for Best Companies' Star Status increased by over a third compared to 2007, so for Instant Offices to gain 2 Star Status is a significant achievement.

Best Companies was established six years ago with the vision of identifying the drivers of sustainable business performance. After surveying over 400,000 employees in thousands of organisations, Best Companies has formulated a stringent and effective methodolgy to measure "Workplace Engagement".


Best Companies 2 Star Accreditation

The Best Companies process has two stages - an employee survey and a company questionnaire. The majority of a company's score is based on the results of the employee survey and how the company is scored according to its employees across eight sections. The process takes at least several months beginning with registering the company for the award, to the survey process and evaluation, as well as a visit to the office location.

Rob Hamilton, Managing Director of Instant Offices Group, was delighted with the accreditation: "I'm delighted that Instant Offices has achieved a 2 Star Accreditation as it shows how far we have grown as a company. 2007 was a hectic year with the rapid expansion of the company, including relocating our head office, but it shows we have improved further on our performance as employers and as a company to work for.
