The study was titled "The UK Serviced Office Market" and covered a range of issues including changes in supply, demand, occupancy, market absorption and market shares. Qualitative and quantative research methods were used to obtain this.

Bi-annual Research

Instant Offices currently conduct bi-annual studies on the sector through regular telephone surveys using both qualitative and quantative research of both serviced office operators and also occupiers.

Monthly benchmarking

Instant Offices is planning to conduct monthly benchmarking studies based around occupancy figures.
